Molly is Head – Marketing at Aditya Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company Ltd- the investment manager of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund. In her previous stint, Molly was Head – Customer Service & Branch Operations where she managed the organization's Customer Experience Strategy. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and an Executive MBA degree from NMIMS, Mumbai. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt Practitioner.

Molly Kapoor takes us through her journey who set out to be a fashion designer but ended up in marketing. She understands that marketing is a creative field and bringing design elements into marketing is what fills our fourth guest with joy. In a career spanning over twenty years, Molly's 18 years have been with the Mutual Fund industry.
"More than innovation, being authentic is very important"
Molly had her say when asked about being creative and innovative in one of the most regulated industries that is mutual funds. She enlightens us with advice to be adaptive as an industry where we have to keep finding simple ways to reach out to people, be authentic, eliminate jargon to step into consumers' shoes.
"MarTech is Endless"
With technology coming to marketing and MarTech becoming the next big thing, Molly believes that marketers are challenged to pick up what is right for them. It's important to understand the segment and experiences they want to create, what stage is their business and where do they want to be, before marketers invest in large MarTech platforms.
"Filter out things which we understand but should not communicate or filter out things which we understand but we should communicate."
Moving forward, Molly speaks about being a multipreneur and her thoughts on multi-tasking to win. She talks about bringing multiple aspects of marketing together and be able to stitch an experience from that only on The Digital Couch.
