Experience: 4-8 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Deployment, Tracking, Maintenance and Optimization of VF-services QOS, Backups and Uptimes.
- Experience in setup of different REST API end points.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on servers, networks, and other technical systems.
- Ensure hardware and software are up to date and functioning optimally.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Monitor system performance, network traffic, and server availability.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, such as system outages, slow performance, or securitybreaches.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems, Services, and infrastructure availability.
- Provide technical support to enterprises and concerned stakeholders.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of software & services.
- Implement and enforce security protocols and policies to protect systems and data.
- Stay updated on security threats and vulnerabilities and take appropriate action to mitigaterisks.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, andtroubleshooting guides.
- Document incidents and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the humanintervention time on any tasks.
- Manage timelines, product releases, and track bugs with engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as CX, development, many third-partyvendors, and cybersecurity, to address technical issues and support projects.
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support when required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.
