Key Responsibilities: As an Entry Level Salesperson specializing in our Chatbot product, you will be responsible for selling Chatbot solutions to clients. Your role will play a pivotal part in achieving our monthly revenue and gross profit targets.
1. Business Generation:
- Drive business growth by nurturing both existing and new accounts.
- Work proactively to meet assigned monthly revenue and gross profit goals.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to fulfil client requirements effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure seamless communication and cooperation between departments to provide clients with comprehensive solutions.
3. Financial Management:
- Facilitate timely collection of payments from clients.
- Address and resolve client queries promptly and efficiently to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
4. Product Knowledge and Customer Needs:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the diverse and specific business needs of clients.
- Apply your knowledge of our products to tailor solutions that align with clients' requirements.
5. Engagement with Decision Makers:
- Engage with key decision makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Drive alignment and consensus on sales solutions to secure successful deals.
6. Sales Pipeline Management:
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline to ensure its robustness and alignment with targets.
- Provide accurate and timely reports of both the pipeline and prospects within it.
