  At a glance Corporate Values at ValueFirst seems to be in contrast to the outside existing "Professional" battlefield scenario. The first and foremost Value says, "Love each other". From the perspective of a competition driven technologically sound and professionally managed company this may sound a bit "Placid". But the profundity of these three words summarizes it all what makes Life at ValueFirst unusual.
   
Holding Hands
  On the first few days of joining employees are evoked to not just know more about their field of work but also other departments, people and culture at ValueFirst. The new member gets to spend good time interacting and getting acquainted with jobs and people they would never get an opportunity to work with. This instills a strong bond among our people which surely pays in binding us together.

At ValueFirst we dare to accept the fact that no mortal is perfect. Each one of us wears our best side out and swathe the weaker self. We help our team identify those unpolished areas and groom them into complete individuals.
   
High Spirits
  We hold various developmental sessions, both technical and non technical, to help our people get out of their hard crusts and GROW. These sessions are held on both daily and periodical basis.

One such session is what we call, "Agile "session. Here each day in morning each team meets up to express their mood for the day. People discuss about their thought, disposition or even joke for the day. This may even end up as playing prank with a team mate. But the whole idea remains constant; to know each other and thinking outside just oneself.

We chose one person each month as "Employee of the month', rewarding him/her for significant contribution made to the organisation. It's not just the reward but the recognition that keeps the spirits alive among the teams.
   
Our bosses
  "Who are they"? We do not have the legendary boss and subordinate culture. Surely we have seniors' and managers' whom we would love to call mentors. These managers sail their team through roughs and smooths. And we have this unshaken faith that as per the company mission, they along with their teams have unmatched potential to make ValueFirst, No. 1 company in the Telecom Industry.
