Shortcode
Short Code is aunique five digit number that receives the message(s) from mobile phone users. Mobile operators provide unique Shortcode id to each messaging service provider under special agreements. ValueFirst uses five digits registered Shortcode 56070/ 56677 to provide messaging services to its customers.
Longcode
Longcode is a specific virtual mobile number given to clients to meet their business communication needs. Longcode service uses virtual mobile numbers or a specific Longcode to connect to destination location prefixed by unique country code (For example: - ‘91’ for India), Longcode virtual mobile number is sub-continent specific. In order to provide high-end SMS services, Longcode service uses advanced data communication standards at UCP, SMPP and HTTP interfaces.
SAP/CRM Plug-In
SAP/CRM Plug-In is a data communication interface between SAP enable business architecture and VelocityPlusGlobal product environment. It enables data movement from SAP R/3 business model to ValueFirst architecture. It pro-grammatically calls or invokes SAP RFC(s) (Remote Function Calls), thereby fetching data in multiple batches.

VelocityPlusGlobal is a Windows based enterprise software application that delivers the message(s) from computer systems to mobile phone users. VelocityPlusGlobal application is designed focusing automated messaging needs of enterprise users. It receives the incoming message(s) from mobile phone users via Shortcode (56070). It provides multiple options to send messages with predefined conditions and scheduled message(s) are automatically send at specific date and time.

Excel Add-In is a Windows based software

API’s - (XML/HTTP/SMPP)
API is responsible for inbound and outbound delivery of SMS(s). The ValueFirst Pace server manages the transmission and receipt of SMS(s), incorporating any required data encoding, splitting and concatenation. It is accessed through XML and COM interfaces.

SMS2Email
SMS2Email is an easy application service that facilitates authorised user to send a document at the desired e-mail id via SMS. The registered user sends SMS(s) to a Shortcode number. The SMS consists of keyword(s) and document-code followed by an e-mail id. SMS2Email is a quick service that enables the user to compose emails using specified keywords and facilitate to attach documents via SMS.
