How do I check my balance/credits?
 
To check the balance you have in your account do the following:-
1. Login to your application with your user-name and password.
2. Click send/receive drop down menu.
3. Click on get credit status.
4. It will display the credit balance on the bottom of the application.
   
How will I be billed for using ValueFirst Application?
 
You will be sent an Invoice (Hardcopy and Softcopy) both related to your package. As soon as u cleared the payment the credit balance is increased and updated against the account.
   
What taxes will apply?
 
Service Tax @12.24%.
   
How can I increase the number of messages I can send?
 
You can buy more credits as and whenever u need as per your requirement.
   
How do I upgrade my Free Trial account to a paying account?
 
The free trial account is available to all users that signed up to the ValueFirst download trial Version service with no obligation. This enables users to send their free messages. In order to send additional messages you will have to buy message package. You can buy additional message package to your account at this page.
   
How can I get answers to my billing questions?
 
All billing questions should be e-mailed to support@vfirst.com.
   
How many messages can I send with my package?
 
You can send as many messages as your account balance allows. Money is charged for each SMS text message.
